Next-Generation Network Solutions - NGN System in a box
TelcoBridges' Gateways are designed from the ground up to serve as a multi-purpose platform. As such, our Gateways are capable of performing much more than simply acting as a Media Gateway.
Thanks to its onboard SS7 stack, the Tmedia Gateway can not only route media but also signaling, addressing SIGTRAN/SS7, TDM and VoIP media switching all in one box. This means that the use of a Softswitch is often not required. Not only is this type of solution more streamlined, but it is also far less expensive and vastly more efficient.
This means that one redundant Tmedia Gateway can fulfill the role of multiple pieces of "next Generation Network" (NGN) equipment, and as a result, enhance the performance, redundancy, and reliability of systems for a fraction of the cost of traditional Next generation network (NGN) Solution.
By delivering the TDM/SIP and SIGTRAN/SS7 gateway functionality without requiring additional third-party equipment, we’re able to reduce acquisition costs and simplify maintenance requirements for our customers and our customer's customers.
It can handle TDM to TDM, TDM to VoIP, VoIP to VoIP. Using various connector types for maximum flexibility: from E1/T1 to OC3/DS3 and STM1/OC3.
